CUSTOMER PROOFS

 

In responding to an EMAIL pertaining to your PROOF you are verifying that all information* in the proof(s) is correct and the order is ready to be processed. These emails represent legally binding contracts. Payment is either due at that time or at time of pickup. Unless stated, pricing is subject to change. Information is correct in all aspects, such as but not limited to: spelling, correct info provided, color, font, layout, etc. This is not an order confirmation.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

   

You have received an email with verification that you have placed an order with Kintla Copy & Creative and if proofs were requested they have been provided and approved (see above). This email represents a legally binding contract for the fulfillment of the work ordered. Cancellations are not permitted. Payment is either due at this time or at time of pickup. Unless stated, pricing is subject to change.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

   

All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. If there is an issue on our behalf with something Kintla Copy & Creative printed, please bring it to our attention and we will replace it accordingly, at no cost. If the error is on the customers behalf (examples include but are not limited to: a proof was approved, but there is something wrong with the artwork; if the customer provided the wrong info or info that had since changed but approved printing; etc ...), Kintla Copy & Creative will work with you on replacing the defected items at a discounted cost. If you purchased a fine are print(s) and over time a manufacture defect presents itself (examples include but are not limited to: stretching of the canvas; sagging; bowing of the frame; etc ...) your print(s) will be replaced at no cost. You need to send documentation to info@kintlacreative.com, including a description and photos of the defected product.

COVID-19

   

With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading across the US, we want to let you know what we are doing proactively to keep our community as safe as we can during the outbreak. We have increased the intensity of our daily cleaning regimen to include frequent wipe downs of high touch areas (door handles, counter-tops, etc) and are requiring end of the day deep cleans of the entire business. Gloves are being worn when running and packaging jobs. The credit card machine is not being used by customers, all cards are being entered manually by the person working. 

 

Services are operating as normal, with the exception of self-serve options not offered currently (making copies, using office equipment, etc). We will continue to monitor the situation and follow all guidelines from federal and local health authorities and resume normal operations when permitted.

 

All meetings at this time are being conducted by phone, email, or live chat. On site installations are on a case by case basis. 


If you are comfortable coming in and there is another customer in the store please keep a 6-foot distance, adhering to the social distancing guidelines in place by the CDC, WHO and our local health department.

If you DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE COMING INSIDE, please feel free to let me know. You will pay over the phone or bring a check, and I will bring your products out to you OR they will be in the entrance way for you to pick up at your convenience. If you do not pick them up before close I will bring them inside before I leave. The following business day, they will be placed back in the entrance way.
